The Kings assigned Jeffries to the G League's Stockton Kings on Tuesday, James Ham of ESPN 1320 Sacramento reports.
Jeffries will sit out Sacramento's game Wednesday in Toronto while he instead suits up Stockton the same night in its first-round matchup with the Iowa Wolves in the G League playoffs. Since signing a 10-day hardship contract with Sacramento last week, Jeffries has appeared in three games and has averaged 10.3 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.3 three-pointers in 20.0 minutes.
